Heavenly Breakfast Cake
This Mother’s Day, show mom how much you care with breakfast in bed! This easy coffee cake is quick and delicious. Mom and the entire family will find it irresistible! Things You’ll Need:
1 package All Natural Gourmet Baking Mix
1 bottle of Heavenly Creations Syrup (we like Sunday’s Syrup but any will do)
1 stick butter
3/4 to 1 cup milk
Step 1 - Cut butter into baking mix using fork or pastry cutter until crumbly, add enough milk until soft dough (don’t over mix)
Step 2 - Pat into square 9 X 9 baking dish, pour bottle of syrup over top.
Step 3 - Bake in preheated 375-400 degree oven until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
You may serve this warm or cold. Makes 9 large pieces or 12 small pieces.
